About the Farm
PROASSA is a company created in 1995. Its main partner is CECANOR (Central de Cafetaleros del Nororiente), established in 2000. With them we have created a value chain, assuming complementary roles to cover all phases of the process, from production to export, guaranteeing strict compliance with organic production standards, economic, social and environmental sustainability, and product traceability. For 25 years, our organization has been providing various productive services to thousands of small organized producers in the Northeast of Peru, facilitating their access to the external market under competitive conditions and achieving long-term strategic alliances. With this approach, we have been generating conditions for progress for thousands of peasant families. The relationship of trust that we have built with producer organizations and with our clients is one of the main pillars for our consolidation and growth.
In every activity we carry out, we put into practice our institutional values, such as commitment to the low-income population, transparency, integrity, compliance with our responsibilities and respect for nature. We work to continue being an important benchmark for good practices in the international specialty coffee market.
